A Home Information Pack includes the following mandatory ‘required’ documents:

• Home Information Pack Index
• Energy Performance Certificate
• Sale Statement
• Standard Searches
• Evidence of Title

Additional documents are needed for leasehold and common hold properties.

Other voluntary ‘authorised’ documents are:

• Home Condition Report
• Legal Summary
• Home use/contents forms
